Being lucky to live in a village with all four of these amenities 'up and running' I think the poll (as is the nature of these things) is over-simplistic. If you've got all four, it's difficult to imagine losing any one of them. In our village all four are integrated in so many ways: the village shop advertises and sells tickets for church and village hall events, the church uses the village hall for big events, and the hall uses the church rooms for 'over-spill', and the pub's where we go when it's all over (even if it's a funeral!)
