A fully restored and charming Victorian townhouse in a desirable area, Bittern House is set in the heart of the historic seaside town of Southwold, which is renowned for its award-winning pier, colourful beachhuts and delightful harbour.

1. The closing time and date is 11.59pm on 15 February 2010. Entries after that time and date will not be considered.
2. The prize comprises a seven-night stay in Bittern House, Southwold, Suffolk from Friday to Friday. The property accommodates eight people and the number occupying the property should not exceed eight. Pets are not accepted.
3. The prize is subject to availability and excludes: 28 May-6 June 2010; 2 July-2 September 2010 and 17-31 December 2010.
4. The winner will also receive eight brewery tour tickets, a welcome basket of local produce and £100 towards a meal in a local restaurant (to be reimbursed on provision of the receipt by Heritage Hideaways of Pound Corner, Elms Lane, Wangford, Beccles, Suffolk NR34 8RS).
5. The prize must be taken prior to the 31 December 2010.
6. The prize does not include any contribution to travelling expenses. 6. There are no cash alternatives and the prize is not transferable. A returnable security deposit of £250 will be required.
